I have a Master's Degree in Theology from the University of Notre Dame

and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and English from Duquesne University.

 

I am a lifelong Roman Catholic with a heart for the Unity of the Body of Christ and for non violence. 

 

In 1967 my husband and I were baptized in the Holy Spirit as part of the great Pentecostal/ Charismatic renewal outpouring in the Catholic Church.

In l971 we helped to form an ecumenical, charismatic covenant community called the People of Praise. We are both involved in pastoral work for the community.

 

I have been a teacher, editor, and a retreat and conference speaker.

 

My husband Kevin and I are the proud parents of six grown children and blessed with 15 grandchildren. Kevin, my best friend and co-worker, has a Ph.d. in Liturgy from the University of Notre Dame and is an ordained permanent deacon.

 

In my spare time I am a serious fan of Notre Dame football.
